YOUR VISIT

During Spring, Summer and Autumn, Le Grand Joux can be booked on an exclusive basis offering it’s guests an inclusive and bespoke service. Alternatively you can book one of our Retreats on a room by room basis or just enjoy a Bed and Breakfast option.

Our restaurant Food@LGJ is open to non residents and can be booked via concerierge@legrandjoux.com and it is open from 1st May until 31st October.

Our Lodge manager ensures the smooth running of the lodge day-to-day, and will take care of your every need and detail. You'll begin your day with breakfast prepared by our professional chef, and while you're out and about or participating in the organised activities of a retreat, a sumptuous afternoon tea is prepared and laid out for your return. In the evening you can relax with some pre-dinner drinks and canapes then if you choose to eat in our restaurant our chef will prepare a previously agreed special dinner. After dinner, you can enjoy coffee, liqueurs and chocolates and petit fours out on the deck where you can gaze at the stars, or if there is a summer chill in the air we will light the indoor open fire.

FOOD

left arrow Good food, impeccable service, and fine well-chosen wines are issues Le Grand Joux take very seriously. If you are booking the Lodge on an exclusive use basis then prior to your visit, our Michelin, 2 rosette awarded chef will contact you to understand your likes and expectations and create enticing menus to suit your tastes. We place great importance on using the finest produce and, where possible, we will use seasonal ingredients sourced from ethical and local suppliers.

We care as much about your breakfast as we do your evening meal, with every element designed to tantalise your taste buds. When you return from your activities freshly baked treats will await you; our afternoon teas are always a delight leaving guests looking forward to their next meal. We provide a wonderful array of canapés with your pre dinner drinks and if you choose to dine with us you can expect nothing less than a Michelin rated menu. Younger children are not left out,the chef can plan special menus, ensuring the little ones also enjoy wonderful food.

If you decide to take the full board option our chef will prepare a delightful lunch at the Lodge or pack you a picnic full of appetising treats.

TRANSPORT

left arrow Your stay with us starts the moment you arrive at Geneva airport and are picked up by one of our luxury vehicles. Our Transport Manager can arrange a private vehicle to take you directly to the lower slopes of the lodge or if you wanted something a little faster, he could arrange for you to be taken by helicopter (weather permitting). If you are driving, we will contact you to arrange your specific arrival details.

If you are visiting the Lodge and intend to take part in outside activities, due to our location we would advise you to hire a car.

Our transport manager is there to manage your entire travel logistics once you arrive at the airport, whether by road or air, and is available throughout your stay.
